If you are an NBA fan for a certain team that has played in the playoffs, you are probably just as outrageous regarding to the overall officiating of the games as I am.

Seriously, I really do not know where to begin.

Maybe with the profuse amount of technical fouls called on players that eventually were rescinded due to terrible officiating. (Three for K-Mart of the Denver Nuggets).

Or possibly the atrocious fouls called late in the game that should have never been called at all for the matter? (Tech on D-Howard for simply showing emotion).

What about the LeBron James and Kobe Bryant commercials that appear constantly throughout every timeout during televised basketball playoff games? (Very funny, but are they showing them for a reason?)

What is the NBA attempting to do? Are they trying to brainwash us into wanting to watch the two best players in the game face each other in the Finals?

I really do not know the answer to that, but what I do know is that every time LeBron James takes the ball to the rim, the opposing team is called for the foul automatically.

Did you watch Game Five last night?

James attacked the hoop while being defended by the Defensive Player of the Year, Dwight Howard. Howard stood his ground, raised both hands up in the air, and jumped up straight without fouling James.

But of course, the referees instantly blew their whistle once James was in the paint, ruining the Magic's chances of coming back in the game. Talking about officials decide the fate of a game...

What about the perfectly clean block D-Howard made on James from behind his back when he went up for the three-pointer in Game Three? Even the commentators on TNT agreed that it was a horrific call and when they showed the instant replay, everybody watching the game (even LeBron) knew that it was one of the most cleanest blocks that a player can get.

I mean, the list goes on. What pisses me off most is that I am not the only one that is seeing this. Commentators are, fans are, and the NBA obviously is (rescinding calls).

Why are we not doing something about the referees? Why are we letting these 60-year-old officials that can barely even keep up with the best athletes in the world continue to control the outcome of each and every game?

Please comment with your opinion of the NBA Playoff officiating and let me know what you think should be done.

-Thank you, from an enraged fan.
