Trent Richardson really impressed at his Alabama Pro Day. He especially impressed the Cleveland Browns, who may take the running back as they hold the fourth overall pick of the NFL Draft.

Richardson ran a 40-yard-dash time of 4.45-4.49 seconds, according to NFL.com, and bench-pressed 225 pounds 25 times.

However, what Richardson really did that blew some people away was when he knocked over Browns running backs coach Gary Brown, who played in the NFL for eight years. During a block drill, Richardson piled drived him over.

"Any time someone's in my way, I'm going to try to knock them over," Richardson said. "Either they're going to hit me or I'm going to hit them. So nine times out of 10, I'm trying to throw the lick."
