Green had heart surgery before the NBA season started, which forced him to miss the year. Throughout the season, he has been a class act, showing his love for the game on Twitter (@unclejeffgreen).
Green announced on Twitter Monday that he will be graduating from Georgetown University this Saturday:

Green is currently an unrestricted free agent, but he has plans to return to the Boston Celtics again next year.
