Trent Richardson was a huge disappointment and a bust as a former third overall pick, but is he the worst running back of all time? According to former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark, the former Cleveland Browns top pick is the worst he’s ever seen.
How bad? Clark says he’d take a high school running back over Richardson.
“I have no reaction, because this should’ve happened a long time ago,” Clark said, via ESPN. “Trent Richardson is the worst running back of all time — all time. There’s a freshman that goes to University High in Baton Rouge, La., named Michael Hollins that I would take on my team right now in the NFL before I got Trent Richardson.”
