There's been a lot of popular Vine fights in the past few weeks. Most notably, a girl got hit with a shovel. Now all of sudden, dudes are getting hit by scooters. In this video from a Vine, some kid in a Portland Trail Blazers Damian Lillard t-shirt got hit by a scooter, and it didn't look good.
