LeBron James has been heard multiple times in the past saying he wants to be the greatest NBA player of all time, surpassing Michael Jordan. James discussed that Friday during the first day of the 2014 NBA All-Star weekend, saying there is no reason he can't be the GOAT.
"There's no reason I can't be number one," he told Ben Golliver of Sports Illustrated.
James was just heard recently this week saying he will eventually be apart of the NBA's Mt. Rushmore as one of the top four players in history. LeBron definitely has the potential to become the NBA's greatest player ever, surpassing MJ.
At 29 years old, James has more than enough time to rack up awards, rings and many other things to become the GOAT. The question is can he do it? Come back in 10 years and we'll see.
