"I would think if (Green and Gresham) are out there with me, they can expect to get the ball, " Dalton said.
Dalton had previously said that he expects to get into the game during the middle of the third quarter, or so. The rookie quarterback expects his own guys to get the ball because he has yet to develop timing with his new receivers.
"Not at all. You just hope they run the right depth. Everybody out here is just jogging through it all," Dalton said. "A good thing is it’s a lot of the terminology we use, so I’ll know what’s going on."
Dalton may not have exceptional timing with his new receivers in the Pro Bowl, but he should be able to connect with Green and Gresham. During the regular season, Green caught 65 passes for 1057 yards, and seven touchdowns. Gresham also had a strong season, catching 56 balls for 596 yards, along with six scores.
