Tressel owns a home in Sarasota, Florida where Irsay met with him on Friday for a second interview according to several reports.
Tressel worked as a game-day consultant this season with the Colts, he was hired in September by former Colts coach Jim Caldwell. Tressel's role with the Colts allowed him to work from the coaches booth and advise Caldwell about replay reviews on game day.
