As a Colts fan, you just have to root against the New England Patriots...for every game. So best bet, yes, I was rooting for the Baltimore Ravens to advance into Super Bowl 46.

Didn't happen.

Apparently, Billy Cundiff was listening to too much of "To The Left" by Beyonce before the game that he blew it at the end of the game when his 32-yarder went wide left; a kick that could have tied up the ballgame and bring this AFC Championship matchup into overtime.

Didn't happen.

As for the Patriots, when the world just wants them to lose, they just won't listen: they keep winning. And sometimes, it just gets boring. After that Cundiff miss, I really didn't have much enthusiasm for watching the NFC Championship.

But here I am watching it. However, it would be more fun witnessing it had the Ravens won the game. As for New England, they have ruined quite a few stories in this small amount of time in the NFL Playoffs. After destroying Denver, they ruined a perfect storyline of Tim Tebow heading into the Super Bowl. And once more, they ruined another storyline: a possibility of the Harbaugh Bowl.

But they don't care. Brady has three rings under his belt and is aiming for number four, tying up his boyhood idol in Joe Montana. It's going to be his fifth appearance. After many have said he has lost his magic in the playoffs after several rounds of failures for the past few years, Brady is back.

Brady wasn't great at all in this game, going 22-of-36 for 239 yards with zero passing touchdowns and two picks, heading over for a 57.5 rating. But then again, Tebow didn't have flashy numbers either. It was Tom Brady Time.

Down 20-16 in the fourth, Brady headed over for a QB sneak on second and goal, leading to a touchdown. However, it was later ruled that it wasn't a touchdown, as his knees were down before the ball passed into the end zone. With that, New England gave the ball to BenJarvus Green-Ellis, who dived but was later pushed back. With fourth and goal, Brady leaped into the air, and landed into the end zone. He also might have set an appointment for his chiropractor after taking a blow to the back from Ray Lewis.

After that, there was no looking back for the Patriots. With less than two minutes, Baltimore had one last chance to get a victory, or at least tie the game. At third-and-one in the red zone, Flacco took back to snap and almost let an interception go by. I would've ran it from the start. There was a better chance of a first down there. Then there was also that pass to Lee Evans in the end zone, which was a sure touchdown until the ball was batted out of his hands. And then, of course, came the Cundiff miss.

Ray Lewis isn't done, though. After being questioned of retirement, Lewis said, "Absolutely not." I don't Lewis, or even Ed Reed, are going to retire until they get another ring.

As for Brady and Belichick, that's just what they are working on. And for me, I'm just hoping they get their asses whooped.

Yeah, that would be nice.

As for Billy Cundiff, he's an Adele fan: "We could've had it alllllll!!! Rolling in the Deep!!!"
