Last season, Broncos running back Willis McGahee rushed for 1,199 yards, spearheading the league’s No. 1-ranked rushing attack and earning his second Pro Bowl selection.

McGahee did it all on a $3 million salary, which he feels doesn’t appropriately reflect his production.

After trying — and failing — to renegotiate the four-year, $9.5 million deal he signed last year, he’s now “unhappy with his contract,” the Denver Post reports.

And to show he means business – quite literally — McGahee fired Drew Rosenhaus, joining several other NFL players who’ve recently canned the superagent.

Due $2 million in 2012, McGahee reportedly won’t hold out, despite the fact that at least nine other backs pull in at least $5 million annually.
