Lamar Odom is coming off a pretty disastrous season in Dallas, where he basically did nothing with the Mavericks. It was so bad, the teammates decided that he shouldn't receive any playoff-bonus money.
Odom is looking to rebound for next season and it is believed that he could return to the Los Angeles Lakers, where he excelled for his career.
However, the New York Knicks could be an option for the veteran forward.
Writes ESPN New York:
But a source with knowledge of Odom’s thinking says the New York Knicks would be “on the top of his list” if the Queens native becomes a free agent.
“Lamar is big on being comfortable,” the source said. “And New York is somewhere he can be comfortable.”
“He wants to find a place where he can end his career, and New York is ideal,” the source said. “He’s won championships in the past and he wants to win another. And to do it there would be great.”
It would be interesting Odom goes to the Knicks. I'm not sure if he would even be starter, but he would be a solid sixth man coming off the bench to fill in for Carmelo Anthony or Amare Stoudemire.
What do you think? Is Mr. Kardashian a good fit in the Big Apple?
