The Miami Heat drew first blood Sunday with a 95-86 win over the Indiana Pacers. However, Miami might have received a huge blow to the team.

Forward Chris Bosh injured his abdominal in the second quarter when he made a tomahawk dunk and was hit by Indiana center Roy Hibbert.

On the next possession, Bosh was posted up by Hibbert and he fell down throbbing in pain. Bosh didn't return to the game.

Bosh was having a great game against the Pacers' big men, having 13 points and five rebounds in just 16 minutes of work. It looked like Miami was going to continue to feed Bosh in the game. He was 6-of-11 in his short amount of time he played.

Ronny Turiaf started in Bosh's place to start the second half and Joel Anthony also contributed a heavy role to fill the burden of Bosh being out.

LeBron James took over in this game by taking over Bosh's role while also being his usual MVP-like self. He finished with 32 points and 15 rebounds. The question is if Chris Bosh is out for a while, maybe the whole series, can James fill his role?

This type of injury Bosh had usually takes at least two weeks or more depending on the severity of the injury. Bosh being out could be a key blow to Miami's chances of a title-run or even winning this series.

Bosh should have an MRI tomorrow to know the severity of his abdominal strain.

Will Bosh miss a lot of time with this injury? We will keep you updated on the injury.
