The Chicago Bulls look really slim at point guard with reports of Derrick Rose possibly gone until January or February as he recovers from his torn ACL.

CJ Watson is pretty good, but it's better if he is off the bench. With that, the Bulls are looking at several point guards in free agency currently, and look to possibly sign a veteran.

According to a report first made by CSN Chicago, the Bulls are thinking big as they plan to sign Jason Kidd or Steve Nash this off-season.

Both have solid chances of winning a championship if they head to Chicago, as the Bulls have a very deep team featuring Rip Hamilton, Luol Deng, Joakim Noah, Carlos Boozer, and Taj Gibson.

Kidd isn't too worried about winning a ring, since he just won one a year ago. However, he does have better chance of getting a second one in Chicago than in Dallas. Kidd has also reported to retire if he gets the veteran's minimum with the Mavericks. The Bulls are willing to offer just the right amount that could make him satisfied, as he still wants to play.

Nash, meanwhile, is still looking for a ring and being with the Phoenix Suns won't reach him that far. Nash has reported interest in several teams now, such as the Toronto Raptors and New York Knicks. He has expressed his own interest in the Miami Heat, as he would love teaming up with LeBron James.

Heading to the Bulls could help his chances of winning a title greatly, but it's a big question if he seriously considers them to win, especially if they face a dangerous Heat team in the playoffs.

It's interesting if the Bulls go this big, but don't be surprised.

We'll see what happens this off-season.
