Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck already has high hopes for his career as he looks to lead the team back to being on top again.

In a sellout crowd during a pre-season game versus the St. Louis Rams, Luck gave what the fans paid for and started it off right with his very first pass of the game.

It ended up looking like a short, dinky three-yard pass to Donald Brown. However, it then turned into a 63-yard touchdown, giving the Colts a quick 7-0 lead.

This is like deja-vu for many Indianapolis fans when they witnessed Peyton Manning's very first pass in a pre-season game against the Seattle Seahawks, which was a short pass to Marvin Harrison that ended up being a big touchdown.

Luck was solid in his debut, going 10-of-16 for 188 yards along with two touchdowns. He played most of the first half, along with his other touchdown coming from a 23-yard pass to Austin Collie.

With this, many fans are already excited for the regular season to come and see their new quarterback lead Indy back to the promise land.
