2K Sports announced that LeBron James will be picking the NBA 2K14 soundtrack.Just a few weeks ago, James let his fans pick the songs for the video game's soundtrack, making the announcement on Instagram on July 10:
“2K is letting me take control of some important elements in NBA 2K14, including this year’s soundtrack,” James said in a statement. “I love that I’m the first NBA 2K cover athlete to choose the soundtrack.”
Last year for NBA 2K13, rapper Jay-Z ended up picking the soundtrack. Jigga ended up compiling a pretty nice track listing, posting many songs by himself, Kanye West and other rappers.
Today, the NBA 2K14 soundtrack has been revealed, and James picked some pretty good songs. What really surprised me, however, is that he added the Robin Thicke song, "Blurred Lines."
