Now, this can be taken in a hilarious way considering that government was shut down not too long ago. But, of course, there are always some people who can bring up racism into this. I will go with the first one, since it will make more sense.
Nonetheless, it wasn't the best idea for this kid doing this, though it was pretty hilarious.
