Josh-Freeman-October-2013
Josh Freeman was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers the other day, and now he looks to begin a new chapter in his rocky NFL career. Freeman has many teams interested in him. Some of this destinations he can sign with is where he can start right away as the new quarterback.

According to Pro Football Talk, Freeman says a decision will be coming tonight after all of Sunday's games have ended on what team he will play for this season. Freeman is waiting to see how the day goes, as anything can happen to any of the QBs playing today regarding injuries.

Just on Thursday in the Bills-Browns game, both EJ Manuel and Brian Hoyer ended up getting injured. Hoyer is now out for the season while Manuel will now miss about four-to-six weeks. Freeman could end up signing with either of those two teams.

The Minnesota Vikings have also been an option for Freeman. Matt Cassel started last weeks' game with Christian Ponder out. Both QBs haven't good this season, and Freeman could be the guy they need. Him and Adrian Peterson could make for a good tandem.

There have also been rumors of the Oakland Raiders signing Freeman. Reports say Freeman will start right away if it happens, which is kind of surprising considering that Terrelle Pryor has been having a pretty good season being the starting quarterback. It will definitely be alarming news to the ex-Ohio State star.

Freeman may have to settle being a backup this season, too. But he still has aspirations of being a starter. He's been in a slump in his past two seasons, but he has shown a ton of signs of being a star quarterback. Since Greg Schiano came in as the Bucs new head coach, things have went downhill for Tampa Bay and Freeman. I don't blame Freeman for leaving.

Either way, we'll find out his decision tonight. However, technically, it will be the next day since his decision most likely will come after the rescheduled Chargers-Raiders game, as it will end very late at 2:30 a.m. ET.

Where do you think Freeman signs? Is he worth it?
