Just eight months ago, Matt Birk was the starting center for the Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens. He was 310 pounds.

Now, Birk has dropped 75 pounds, 10 inches off his waistline and is channeling his inner Arnold Schwarzenegger. Take a look:
