Falcons-Panthers: Matt Ryan Breaks Falcons Completion Record

It has been a struggle for Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons this season, but at least the star quarterback has something positive look back on, especially in Week 9 of the 2013 NFL season.

During Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers, Ryan broke a franchise record for the most completions in Falcons history. Ryan needed 13 completions to pass Steve Bartkowski for the most completions in franchise history.

Ryan now has 13 completions at the time of this writing during today's game in Carolina. He now has 1,859 career completions, leading Atlanta in that stat category on an all-time scale.
