Oakland Raiders Had 3rd & 40 Conversion vs NY Giants (Photo)

I really have no idea how the Oakland Raiders get themselves into these situations, but they continue to do it thanks to penalties.

After racking up penalties on a drive in the second quarter of their 2013 NFL Week 10 matchup with the New York Giants, the Raiders found themselves 40 yards away from a 1st down, facing a 3rd & 40 conversion.

This is much similar to what happened last month with Oakland against the Kansas City Chiefs, where they had to face a 3rd & 48 conversion. Keep doing you, Raiders, it's fun to watch.
