Watkins declaring himself instantly makes him one of the top, if not the best wide receiver prospect of the 2014 class. Watkins will be competing with the likes of USC's Marqise Lee and Texas A&M's Mike Evans for who will be the top receiver taken off the board come draft day.

Watkins, 20, has all the tools to be an elite wide receiver. At 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds, the Tigers receiver has a solid size to go with his speed, athleticism and catching skills.

Watkins put those skills on display in the Orange Bowl on Friday night, having 16 catches for 227 yards and two touchdowns in Clemson's 40-35 victory over Ohio State.

We'll see where Watkins ends up on draft day, but many experts are saying in the top 10.
