Peyton Manning, Andrew LuckAndrew Luck has been awfully impressive this season, as he recently constructed a 28-point comeback against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Wild Card round of the 2014 NFL Playoffs last weekend.

Luck can continue cementing his legacy path if he can lead the Indianapolis Colts to a huge upset win against the New England Patriots tonight on the road in the Divisional Round.

Luck has been doing great with the pieces he has, playing with virtually no running game and being without star wide receiver Reggie Wayne for the whole second half of the season.

The stellar play without big-name targets has led to one NFL executive basically calling Luck the best quarterback in the NFL.  One veteran front office man says he would choose Luck over the likes of Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.

“To be able to do what he did with hardly any supporting cast was incredible. I would take him ahead of any quarterback in the league right now. I’d take him ahead of Manning, Brady, any of them.”

It comes as a surprising statement, since Luck is only his in his second year in the NFL, and is already being stacked up next to guys who have played nearly two more decades of professional football than he has.

We'll see if the executive is right on this one, because Luck faces Tom Brady tonight.
