The Washington Redskins are hoping to come off the disaster of a season they had in 2013, and look to start off right with a new head coach.Robert Griffin III's sophomore season was nothing compared to his tremendous rookie year, and much of the year was highlighted due to his feud with head coach Mike Shanahan.
Griffin hopes to do right this time, and hopes there will be a coach that can be a fit for him. With that said, backup quarterback Kirk Cousins says that RGIII will in fact have a say in who becomes the Redskins' new coach.

Of course, this is to no one's surprise. The only way Washington can succeed is if there is a guy who can make things work with their franchise player.
