Kevin Hart Out-Jumps Nick Cannon On Tipoff

Kevin Hart is 5-foot-4, Nick Cannon is 6-feet. With that, it was surprising to see that Hart actually was able to out-jump his "rival" on the opening tipoff of the 2014 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game. Pretty funny to see.
