The Indiana Pacers beat the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Wednesday night, avoiding elimination. However, it looks like ESPN expected the Heat to win that game when it read "Heat Back To Finals" on the "SportsCenter" ticker. It was quickly taken off after a few seconds.
