The Chicago Bulls have been in the hunt for Kevin Love's surface this offseason, and it appears they have already made a trade offer to the Minnesota Timberwolves for their star power forward.

According to Sheridan Hoops, Chicago has offered power forward Taj Gibson and rookies Doug McDermott and Nikola Mirotic for Love. The package, according to SH, it intriguing and gauges interest from Minnesota, but there's one issue.

With McDermott and Mirotic recently just signing their rookie contracts, they can't be traded for another month, according to NBA rules. With that, it gives the Cleveland Cavaliers enough time to present an offer to the T-Wolves before they go ahead and sign rookie Andrew Wiggins.

If Wiggins is signed, Cleveland would have to wait 30 days as well to execute a deal that involves the No. 1 overall pick. Otherwise, you could peg the Golden State Warriors back as the frontrunners to make a deal.

We'll see what Cleveland ultimately ends up deciding to do if they want to keep Wiggins, trade him or wait out another month to make their final decision if Love is still available by then.
