The Cleveland Cavaliers look like they are now putting pressure on the Minnesota Timberwolves as they are reportedly nearing a deal with rookie Andrew Wiggins.
However, sources say that the Cavs' delay on signing Wiggins to his rookie contract hasn't been related to trying to trade for Kevin Love on the T-Wolves.
The Cavs have $1.4 million remaining in cap space and were reportedly looking at their options before they sign Wiggins, who will be due about $5.5 million for his rookie year.
Since LeBron James' return to the Cavaliers, there have been never-ending talks that have linked Love going to Cleveland. The Cavaliers' main plan appear to be to get Love without giving up Wiggins, but they may be willing to trade him if they have to.
Cleveland definitely will have a tough choice to make if they are in the position to actually close out such a deal.
