jordan-6-first-championship

It's the year of the Air Jordan 6, and while several leaked colorways and early looks of several upcoming ones have popped up, Nike decided to drop the ball on a new shoe that will be releasing that has yet to be unveiled until today.

Per Nike Inc, these are the "First Championship" Air Jordan 6s, in commemoration, of course, of Michael Jordan's first NBA championship back in 1991.

The shoe has an Independence Day colorway feel to them, and it seems pretty similar to the "USA" Barkley Posites that recently released.

The shoe also takes some cues from the "Champagne" Jordan 6s that dropped in July with what looks like a glow-in-the-dark tongue, pull tab and sole. The shoe also looks super icey and clean. I really dig the navy-speckled midsole as well.

Let us know what you think of the shoe and if you plan on copping whenever Nike reveals the release date for these joints.
