According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the Jay Cutler Foundation will donate $15,000 to the baseball team, and the organization will also send each player on the squad an autographed jersey.

In addition, the foundation will give $15,000 in Jackie Robinson West’s name to support underprivileged youth in Chicago living with diabetes, spokesman Mark Block confirmed to NBC Chicago.

Cutler’s generosity doesn’t end there, though. The quarterback will get a chance to meet all of the youngsters in the near future after inviting them to attend his radio shown on ESPN 1000 following the Bears’ regular-season opener against the Buffalo Bills on Sept. 7.
