Santonio Holmes August 2014

Santonio Holmes has finally found a new home. The Chicago Bears signed the former New York Jets wide receiver, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Holmes, 30, worked out for the Bears earlier in the week. Last season, the seven-year veteran had 23 catches for 456 yards and a touchdown in 11 games played.

His best season came in 2009 with the Pittsburgh Steelers where he had 79 catches for 1,248 yards and five touchdowns. He also won the Super Bowl and the Super Bowl MVP that year as well.

However, he joined the Jets the season after hasn't had been as productive since. We'll see if he can rebound this year with the Bears.
