Texas Longhorns head coach Charlie Strong unveiled some depressing news today regarding quarterback David Ash. Ash's career has come to a close now, as he is now giving up on football after lingering issues with concussions.

Ash has dealt with many injury issues, and his latest one stirred up a debate on if he should completely retire. Many Longhorns fans say it would be best if he did, and Ash is following suit.
