The Los Angeles Lakers will be the first team to speak with LaMarcus Aldridge once NBA Free Agency begins at midnight on July 1.
The Lakers are looking to add Aldridge to be the star of the future for the franchise, and they'll need all they can get to convince the Portland Trail Blazers free agent power forward.
According to Sam Amick of USA Today Sports, the Lakers will be bringing along Kobe Bryant to help in the pitch.
