Dallas Cowboys pass rusher Greg Hardy had his suspension more than cut in half, getting it reduced from 10 games to four games, according to WFAA TV.

Hardy will be out for the games versus the New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles, Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints.

Hardy should just take the four-game susepnsion and move on with his life. There was some discussion about Hardy potentially filing a lawsuit if his suspension wasn’t reduced to two games.

Under the version of the policy that was in place at the time Hardy allegedly body slammed his ex-girlfriend, the punishment for domestic violence was two games.

Hardy will likely now confer with his counsel before making a decision.
