Enes Kanter made huge strides this season after being traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder this past season, and now the Portland Trail Blazers are trying to capitalize on his growth.

Sources say the the Blazers signed the Thunder big man to a four-year offer sheet worth $70 million.

The Thunder now have three days to match the offer.
