Jason Pierre-Paul wants his money and desires to get paid, even if the New York Giants don’t believe he’s physically ready to make any contributions.
Ian Rapoport of NFL.com says that an independent doctor could make the call on when Pierre-Paul is ready to play, meaning that a grievance could be filed in the process.

The independent doctor would get involved only after Pierre-Paul files a grievance against the team for failing to agree that he’s ready to play.
