John Harbaugh loves to troll the Cincinnati Bengals, because it seems that every season he makes this statement about the AFC North rival.

According to Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, Ravens coach John Harbaugh has declared the Bengals the best team in the NFL.

“I’ll tell you, I do believe it is the most talented team in the league,” Harbaugh said, apparently with a straight face.

I think New England or Green Bay would beg to differ, but the Bengals are solid as long as Andy Dalton is not turning the ball over.

“We have great respect for them, for their coaches [and] the way they play,” Harbaugh said. “Obviously, it starts with A.J. Green, but the whole cast of characters there on offense is very talented and gifted – tight ends, running backs, quarterback. The whole group is very good, and they have a heck of an offensive line. I’d say they’re the complete package, talent-wise.”

The Ravens haven’t beaten the Bengals since Nov. 2013, so maybe Harbaugh’s on to something.
