Here’s some news that will make players like Jordy Nelson and Aaron Rodgers smile.

According to Pro Football Talk, the NFL is actively studying what the financial ramifications would be of cutting one or two games off of the preseason schedule.

Things like the revenue loss for each team, and things like that.

The league would reportedly look to recoup that income, by adding a postseason or regular season game to the schedule as well.
