The Philadelphia Phillies will hire Matt Klentak as their next general manager, according to a report from Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe.

Klentak, who was serving as the Angels’ assistant general manager, will likely be introduced on Monday. Klentak is the latest member of the Angels’ front office to leave the organization, joining Jerry Dipoto, Scott Servais and Tim Bogar, who all joined the Mariners in recent weeks.
