Imagine all those times you wanted to place a small wager on who would be the top pick in the NFL Draft, or how many Ohio State Buckeyes would be picked in the first round?

Well now if you can get to Vegas in time for the NFL Draft, you can live out your dream of placing prop bets on your favorite future NFL stars. Bettors in Nevada will be able to wager on the NFL Draft, which is scheduled for April 27-29 in Philadelphia.

The Nevada Gaming Control Board granted approval for the state’s sports books to offer a number of prop wagers on the draft, according to Todd Dewey of The Las Vegas Review-Journal.

In a silly ruling, bettors won’t be able to wager on the No. 1 overall pick, though. It'll be more like who’ll be the first quarterback taken and things like that.
