The information is scarce at this point, but authorities are investigating a dead body found at the home of New York Giants star cornerback Janoris Jenkins.
Police sources have confirmed a body has been discovered on the property of Giants Janoris Jenkins in Fair Lawn, NJ. Jenkins is not in the state and has been in Florida since camp broke. The New York Post is reporting that Jenkins was out of state when the corpse was found.
“The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Fair Lawn Police Department are investigating a death at 14 Van Saun Place in Fair Lawn, New Jersey,” officials said in a statement, referencing Jenkins’ place of residence.A worker reportedly made the discovery.
“The deceased is not the owner of the residence, but the identity of the male decedent cannot be released until next of kin have been notified,” officials said. “The investigation is ongoing, and additional information will be provided when it is available and appropriate for release.”
