Ron Artest has been known for rapping. Just recently, he dropped a hit single called "Champions" after his Lakers won the NBA Finals. It then got featured on the video game, NBA 2K11.

Now, before the All-Star game comes up, Artest plans to put up a mixtape before the weekend starts, according to the Los Angeles Times.

“There’s going to be a bunch of celebrities on it,” Artest said. “I can’t say the names yet, but there’s going to be a bunch of people on there that you wouldn’t believe that would rap or sing. A lot of athletes, a lot of rappers and a couple comedians.”

Rumors have already been coming up that Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Monica (Shannon Brown's wife) may feature in it.

However, don't bet on Pau Gasol being on there.

“He’s definitely not on it,” Artest said of Gasol.

I wish.
