Over at a Kentucky dialysis clinic today, one patient who is a fan of Louisville got in a fight with a Wildcat fan. Looks like the madness is really brewing up now as the rivalry continues to heat up between the two teams as the face off in the Final Four this Saturday.

There was a verbal exchange, according to he report, between 68-year-old Kentucky fan Ed Wilson and 71-year-old Louisville fan  Charles Taylor.

"I think this is a first at a dialysis center," says Police Lt. Robert Swanigan.

With Wilson on the dialysis machine, he flipped off Taylor who was waiting his turn. After that, Taylor would end up punching him in the face.

"He just happened to think U of L would beat UK and he started to run his mouth," Wilson told WKYT. "That's what started it."

Taylor says he was originally talking about the game with someone else.

"He was meddling," Taylor said. "And told me to shut up and gave me the finger.

"I went up to him and I hit him. Didn't hit him that hard, but I hit him."

Man, this is crazy.
