Meditation is a great way to calm yourself down and keep you focused. It just helps you big time.

With LeBron James not sitting out once the whole game, the Miami Heat called a timeout in the fourth quarter where James was able to catch some breathing room.

James helped himself by meditating, and boy did it help, as the Miami Heat eventually won Game 7 over the Boston Celtics as they will advance to the NBA Finals.

Meditation is great and it's nice to see 'Bron doing that. My family is big on it, so way to go James! Looks like doing that and reading The Hunger Games is really helping you.
