The Los Angeles Clippers have been involved in many trade rumors, and some of those include Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett. However, according to ESPN, the Clippers are interested in acquiring Paul Millsap of the Utah Jazz for backup point guard Eric Bledsoe.

Here's the report:
Sources with knowledge of the situation told ESPN.com late Saturday there is a level of mutual interest between the Clippers and Utah Jazz in exploring a deal that would feature Bledsoe as the headliner in a trade package for Jazz forward Paul Millsap.

Although two sources with knowledge of the Clippers’ thinking insisted during All-Star Weekend that Bledsoe would not be moved in coming days and strongly predicted L.A. would stand pat, two other sources indicated the Clippers and Jazz will at least discuss the feasibility of a trade headlined by Bledsoe and Millsap before the deadline.

Millsap, 28, will be an unrestricted free agent after this season. He’s averaging 15.1 points and 7.4 rebounds per game this season. Millsap would give the Clippers a bigger boost in the frontcourt that already has Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan.

Bledsoe, 23, is in his second year in the league and has been averaging 9.6 points and 3.3 assists per game while shooting 45-percent from the field this season. Bledsoe would fit with the Jazz, a team that has many young frontcourt players such as Enes Kanter, Gordon Hayward, Al Jefferson and Derrick Favors, but they have been lacking in the point guard department.
