Upper

All white leather upper. The leather is actually very good quality and is very soft to the touch. A smooth white leather strip separates the soft white leather and the Jordan III signature elephant/cement print. The white plastic on the heel feature the Nike swoosh design, in black (as was in the original release), as opposed to the Jumpman logo.

Midsole

The midsole is created with polyurethane (if I’m not mistaken) and inside the midsole is a Nike Air unit. The midsole is mostly white with the exception of the black strip near the back sides of the foot and heel of the shoe. Near the heel on the side is a small hole showing a part of the Nike Air unit.

Outsole

White rubber on the toe cap and a predominately grey outsole with accents of red and white. The outsole design is the signature design on all Air Jordan III’s.

The biggest thing missing in this shoe is having Nike written along the bottom as opposed to the Jordan that is written. To stay true to OG form, Nike should’ve taken the extra measure to change that. However, you hardly see the bottom of a sneaker, so to most people that won’t matter.

Details of the Sneaker

Pictures speak a thousand words. The sockliner is white (with red on the tongue) and the insole is red with a black Nike Air marking on it. The tongue is perforated as is the upper heel panel. The shoes also come with an orange Nike Air tag instead of the Jumpman tag that have came on every pair of III’s released recently.

Personal Review

This shoe really surprised me. I wasn’t going to buy them, but I figured it would be a good review for you all (regardless of the fact that I didn’t want to wear these). The leather on the upper is better than recent years and the cement print is pretty even throughout and doesn’t leave some spacing as it has the past couple of years.

Everything about the shoe is just so clean. As I said before however, they should have changed the Jordan on the bottom to Nike since their intentions were to make these retros as similar to the original release in 1988.

Sub-note

I apologize for the late review post. I just received these shoes due to Foot Locker holding on to them for some sort of payment security check. Look below for HD photos of the sneakers!
