DeMarcus-Cousins-Kings-2013
Sacramento Kings star center DeMarcus Cousins could see the contract extension he’s been seeking before the teams convenes for training camp next week.

According to ESPN, reports suggest negotiations could push past next week, but that Cousins will certainly have a deal in place by the Oct. 31 deadline that is on par with the extensions that John Wall of the Washington Wizards, Paul George of the Indiana Pacers and Larry Sanders of the Milwaukee Bucks have received.

Cousins has averaged 16.3 points and 9.8 rebounds in his career, and is seeking a deal in the five-year, $80 million range.

What do you think of this possible new deal heading Cousins' way? Good move by the Kings?
