Ah, the Oakland Raiders are what we thought they were. After going back and forth about his status, and in the wake of the report that Terrelle Pryor would start on Sunday versus the Washington Redskins, he will actually be out now.

Jay Glazer of Fox Sports is reporting that Pryor is out for Sunday’s game against the Redskins, and Matt Flynn will get the start. Flynn was brought in to be Oakland's starting QB this offseason, but struggled in the preseason and was outplayed by Pryor.

Reports suggest that Pryor was cleared to play, but the Raiders and head coach Dennis Allen wanted to be careful with the young quarterback. Nonetheless, expect Pryor to keep his starting job intact for next week's game.
