Lane-Kiffin-USC-September-2013
As it has been reported all Sunday morning, USC fired embattled head coach Lane Kiffin after a 62-41 blowout loss to Arizona State, in which his team simply gave up on him.

USC athletic director Pat Haden reportedly relieved Kiffin of his duties in the airport parking lot. According to Inside USC, Haden and a few of his advisers actually decided enough was enough for Kiffin midway through the third quarter.

Of course, the talk now heads to who will replace Kiffin. Vanderbilt’s head coach James Franklin is reportedly the leader at this point. NFL's St. Louis Rams head coach Jeff Fisher is in second place while Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio and Boise State's Chris Peterson fall behind.
