Paul-George-Roy-Hibbert-Pacers-November-2013
We all knew the Indiana Pacers would be good, but I’m not sure anyone expected this group to run out to a dominant 7-0 start on the young season so far.

The Pacers are hungry, and are adamant about earning the No. 1 seed in the Eastern conference.

“We believe in this locker room that we can get the No. 1 seed and we started the year with that attitude,” said Pacers forward David West. “The fact that Game 7 of the conference finals wasn’t in our home building we felt was the difference in a trip to the Finals, and we’re going to do everything in our power to get a Game 7 in our building. And we have to start from the beginning of the season.”

ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported that even after dispatching the Brooklyn Nets, 96-91, to go 7-0 on the season now, all the Pacers players in the locker room could talk about was the Boston Celtics shocking the Miami Heat at the buzzer.
“The Celtics just beat the Heat by one,” it said. “In Miami.”

“What?”

“Boston?”

The heads went back to the phones.

“Wow, they shot 58 percent and lost.”

“Jeff Green with a 3 at the buzzer.”

“Whoa, what are they now?”

“I think 4-2.”

“No, 4-3.”
Do you think the Pacers can get the No. 1 seed when it's all said and done?
