DeSean Jackson had been set to meet with the Washington Redskins today, and it looked like Robert Griffin III found out early and made sure he gets a receiving weapon. According to TMZ, both hung out with each other before DeSean had his meeting in Washington D.C.
The report states that Griffin and Jackson "spent several hours" together in Los Angeles. At the time of TMZ's report, he was set on a plane to D.C. Not sure if he's there yet, but probably is now.
TMZ also reports that Jackson has his mind completely set on football, as he has been "training like a maniac."
I guess Griffin really wants Jackson based off this report, so 'Skins should be excited because their franchise might have some leverage in getting the 2014 NFL free agency market's top wide receiver.
